Password Reset Email NOT being sent

I forget my password to access my blog’s dashboard area (http://blog.theraisak.com or http://theraisak.wordpress.com) and would really like to continue using your services, the lack of immediate support is extremely frustrating….
I’ve clicked the “forget password” link/button on the sign-in form, from it I’ve tried entering in my Username (theraisak*) and clicking send; I’ve also tried just my email address that I know is registered to the account ( theraisa k at hotmail dot com); but no email is ever sent with the reset information. And yes, I’ve checked my spam/bulk folders and all the other folders on my email account and nothing is there, trust me, its not being sent. I’ve also checked all my other email accounts that it could possibly be sent to and nothing there either.
*My user name is theraisak not this one (theraisakdotcom), because I couldn’t remember my password I couldn’t sign-in to use this forum, so had to register a new username… you may want to consider changing that as your support services are down even to us $12/yr paying customers and not everyone may be able to “log-in” to use this forum to inquire help/support. Its a really BIG turn off not being able to contact support when needed.

I have flagged this thread for Staff attention. Since the support form was rendered unavailable to those who don’t have upgrades, the Staff presence on this peer support forum has increased, so not to worry they will be aware that you need assistance.

I have reset the account’s password and sent the new password to the email address on that account.

Hello wordpress … please help me!
Since 2007 I have stopped using my blog (http://designvladduca.wordpress.com). Now it is hard for me to access it since I forgot my password. The “forgot password” option is not helpful since I have also forgot my e-mail address and password. Is there anything that can be done to continue using my blog? Please help me! At least give me that used e-mail address and I will try over and over to remember the password used five years ago. Thanks! -
The blog is registered to a off[…] (at) wildro.ro email address.
Do you have access to that email address?

Thank’s for your response. Unfortunately office[at]wildro.ro is is the e-mail box of my former design company…not in use since 2007. The company name and the related web domain has also changed since than.
Please let me know what’s need to be done next to fulfill my needs regarding designvladduca.wordpress.com

In order to restore access to the account, I’ll need to either see a reply here from the account itself (unlikely since you of course cannot access it), receive an email from the email address on the account (unlikely since you no longer have access to that), or the last thing would be to receive the account’s API key.
Do you still have the account’s API key? This was included with the Welcome email, and it was recommend that you keep it in a safe place.

The WordPress welcome email was sent to the former e-mail address…the one that does not exist anymore. Is there any chance to prove my blog identity in other ways? Or can anyone of wordpress to block, temporary delete, or hide the blog-page for a while…to see if anyone disagree with this action…since i am the only one in charge of it?
Please HELP me with this one!

I am having a similar issue with my blog: Tri-State Yanks (username: tristateyanks, email: (email visible only to moderators and staff). Could someone please reset the password and send the link to my email? Every time I hit the reset password it either does not send, or it will tell me that the email cannot be sent. Please give me a hand with this, as I’ve been trying to get back in all morning.

otrepublicancommittee, the email address on that account is a Hotmail address. If you’d like, I can send a password reset email to that address.

i ask for a reset , it sends me the link , i click on it, and it tells me to check my email for new password but it never shows up, help please

To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
WordPress.org has complete support and documentation sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress via their Codex and Support Forums.
