Password Reset Email not being sent

Hi
Whenever I to send a Password Reset email to my email, I never receive the email at all. This has been happening for the past couple of months for me. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Log out, clear your browser cache and cookies and then look in the email account that was registered for that username account please.

I do know that i’m not logged into the account. Because I have no access to it at the moment. It’s been so long since I was on it. I’ve checked with other friends that are on WordPress and they were able to get a Reset Password email. Though i’m not 100% sure what email address was used to create the account.
