Password Reset Email Not Received

  After a new WordPress installation, I requested a password reset for the website, authorsandeducators.com. I’m not receiving the reset email (nor is my email address recognized as linked, even though I have confirmed that it is the address of record for this account).

  authorsandeducators.com is the site in question? I am not even seeing a WordPress come up, but an almost empty directory.
  was this a self-hosted WordPress with DreamHost? If you can, you may want to contact them.

  Well, first double check the spam folder of your e-mail just in case.

  If you are fairly tech savvy and have access to the database, there is a table called wp_users which will have your username, password, and e-mail, you will want to verify those are correct.

  I would contact DreamHost as they have access to the database, and they should be able to sort it out after verifying you.
