Password reset email not received

  I had to log in using a different account becasue it was not obvious to me how I can share my question.

  I have a blog at wordpress.com but forgot the password. Upon requesting password reset links several times, none has reached my inbox or spam folders. Can wordpress.com help me with this?

  My blog is jataljordan

  The email is correct but I cannot receive anything from wordpress.
