Password reset email not sent

Hello, I run the blog climatesight.org which is connected to the email (email visible only to moderators and staff). I lost my password, so clicked the recover password button, but the recovery email was never sent. I tried this several times over a few days, and checked in my spam folder, but no luck. Could someone please make sure that the recovery email gets sent?
Note that this is for the climatesight account, not climatesight2 which I had to create in order to post this question.

The blog I need help with is *not* climatesight2.wordpress.com, it is climatesight.org. The signoff from the last message was automatic :)

Just posting so this gets bumped up on the forum…
At the very least, can someone tell me whether or not hitting the password recovery button means that my original password will no longer work? That way I will know if it’s a waste of my time to continue to try variations on what I think the password should be.

Just FYI to the staff (if they ever see this…), the “Assisted Account Recovery” mentioned on http://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/ no longer exists, i.e. the “Need More Help?” link on the Lost Password page is nonexistent.

Found the account recovery page: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery It still exists, but is no longer linked to the password page. I filled in the form there, and hopefully the staff will get back to me soon.
