password reset email problems

  Hi
  I starting building a website a couple of days ago. Now i went in to edit it further, and it didn’t recognize my password so i tried resetting the password. I never recieved the emial. I tried many times and checked all folders in my email. What do i do from here?

  Hi there,

  What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access?

  I see only one site in your WordPress.com account, https://youphonedk.wordpress.com/, and that site was created three months ago. If you’re logged into your WordPress.com account you are automatically logged into that site as well, so you should not get asked for a password anywhere else.

  That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this. The password for that site has no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it.
