Password Reset Failure!!!!!!!!

I am ultimately disappointed in the non-existant 24/7 support. A real company cannot take off a week and let support hang up! I finally have time to work on my wp site and a simple password problem is stopping me cold. I tired to retrieve my password in multiple ways and nothing arrives in my email box.
Just to be able to post this problem in the support forum, I had to register a new WP user name. I know I have an original user name and password because I already have a site and I logged in before.
This should be easy and it is not.
Customer Satisfaction is at zero.

I am one of the forum volunteers, but I’ve seen staff note that people should check their spam folders in case the return message was diverted there by your mail client.
Their message about brainstorming for a week says they will check in on the forums so I am modlooking and tagging your thread so they will see it asap.

For starters you are in the wrong forum – hollybauernsmith.com – looks like a self hosted site on Godaddy.com

it does indeed say “powered by WordPress” at the bottom. -
You are welcome, I normally run a plain name or one that I am not sure of past: http://ismyblogworking.com/hollybauernsmith.com – it usually shows the host and if it is .COM or .ORG – sometimes the question is a hint also – sort of like being a detective to just figure out if someone is in the correct forum.

Detective, indeed. If you are logged into wp the big clue is right on top where you can see “my account, dashboards, etc…” I’m usually a better sherlock!

The OP does have a customer service problem; he’s looking for it from the wrong company. I believe a quick call to his hosting company is in order.
