Password reset form not submitting

    I’m trying to reset the password on Mikehole.me which I own and manage. I have received the reset password link to my email but each time I go to that page there is a faint grey box over the top of the box where you type in the new password and so you cant click on the button to submit the change.

    Hi @doodlesinmymind, sorry to hear it. I can’t do much to change that on our side, as this is a self-manged copy of WordPress through tsohost.co.uk. It’s quite different from a site that is on our servers.

    I can’t see from our end what could be causing that. But I may be able to point you in the right direction if the login link won’t work, then you can sort out what plugin is causing an issue.

    First contact your host to be sure you have backups and can access the hosting side of your site, then read all of these these instructions from WordPress.org to determine which method you want to use to regain access to your installation:

    As long as you can log into your hosting account, you should be able to regain access. If you need more help, head to to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support
