Password reset is not working

I can’t get access to be WordPress Blog admin dashboard. I have repeated tried to use the forgot password link. The email never shows up in my email box.
The domain is as follows:
http://www.healthandheallingreviews.comI have never been able to get access to the WordPress dashboard so that I can update and edit post. Can you help me restore user name and password access to this blog.
