Password Reset issue

I’ve reset my password multiple times and after each time I get the email saying that I successfully reset my password. However, when I try to log in it tells me to put in a number code that will be sent to me in a text. Why is it doing this if I’ve successfully reset my password?

It sounds like you have Two Step Authentication turned on. It’s an extra security step that requires you to put in a security code in addition to your password. Read more about it in the link below. You can turn this off in the Settings->Security page in your account.
