Password Reset Issues

My issue is that I set up this site for my business and had to shelf it for a few weeks because I got busy with some other things. I came back to it to set it up and have forgotten the password. I have tried every password that I use and can’t come up with the one I used on this wordpress.com login. I also added my email address “to be” as my primary email when I set up the account : (email visible only to moderators and staff) and then later added my personal email address, but it did not get updated on the account or something. So, when I do the “password reset” page, I do not get an email to reset the password, and I can only assume it is being sent to the (email visible only to moderators and staff) address. I purchased this domain and I don’t really want to purchase another just because I can’t get into it, and I would really like to be able to set up my website now! I have attempted to contact wordpress.com support several times over the last week plus and have yet to get a reply. Please help!!!!

When we click that link what we see is an empty free hosted WordPress.com blog. If that is the blog in question then you need to contact Staff. Here’s the link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.

I have tried to contact support many times in the past week and half that I’ve gotten silence until two days ago when I got an actual email from someone giving me instructions to reply with another email address to link to the account so I could reset my password. But, alas, I have sent 3 or 4 emails since then and have had no reply. Not digging the customer service around here!

Another day goes by and still no contact from support! I am trying to get my business website up and running and time is money!! I am an unsatisfied paying customer at this point who is locked in to a website without any ability to change it or even to discontinue service if I wanted to. Not a good system!!
