Password Reset link sent to my email is invalid AAARGGHH!

We lost the password to a blog we set up with another account. We requested an automatic password reset and got a link sent to our email inbox. Clicking on the link takes us a Get New Password Name with the message “Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid”
If request another password reset we get sent the same exact link which still does not work. We sent a note to tech support several days ago but we need to get this thing launched and are locked out.
