Password reset links aren't working

    First, I want to point out that this problem is for my job’s WP account. I had to log in with my personal account (which is unrelated) because I currently can’t log into my organization’s WP account. We have an upgraded WP account but I can’t access the paid support section because I currently can’t log in.

    Anyway, I received an email yesterday from WP Engine stating that some data was exposed WordPress-wide, so they reset everyone’s passwords. That’s fine and I appreciate the precautionary measures.

    However, I tried logging in to re-do all of the passwords myself and I started with our WP-Admin account. I followed the instructions to reset the password, but when I click on the password reset link in the automatic emails that get sent out, I’m getting the following message:

    Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.

    I’ve tried requesting a new link multiple times, but the same thing keeps happening where it says the link is invalid. Essentially, the means I’m not able to log into our account, which is pretty problematic.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
