password reset not working

  I had wordpress send me a new password it did receive the link to go and reset my password and the link took my back to a page that said “key not valid” and then to ask for it to be sent again. I’ve tried it many times and I can’t get past that 1 page of a invalid key. Not sure what to do next. I need a password to get into my page to make changes but the links I’m sent never work.

  You should contact support. Click the Support link below during support hours and submit an email to them. They usually respond pretty fast.
