Password reset not working

  Ever since I forgot my password a few weeks ago and tried to reset it, I have not been able to. I can log in with the auto-generated password that was sent to me, but when I try to reset the password to one of my own choice on my profile page, after I click “submit” there is nothing but a white page response. How can I fix this?

  Log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again. If that doesn’t work, contact staff directly at http://support.wordpress.com/contact/ .
