Password Reset Not Working

    I am trying to access my account, but am being told that the password is incorrect. Even after resetting the password and then immediately trying to login.

    I don’t know if it could be related, but I also get an ‘Error Establishing a Database Connection’ whenever I try to reach the website. I am trying to login so that I can troubleshoot the issue.

    I’m using my daughter’s account to post since I can’t post without logging in.
