Password reset not working

    I can’t remember what my password is, so when I click on products to try an update my woocommerce store it asks for a password, and when I click the forgot password button, it says it is sending an email, but I am not getting any emails. Yes I’ve checked the address is correct and yes I’ve checked my junk mail. I’ve been trying over a few days so it’s not just a matter of waiting.

    Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble logging into your site.

    I checked your site and noticed that it’s not hosted by us at WordPress.com. It’s a WordPress.org site that appears to be hosted by this hosting company, ewp.com. We can help with WordPress.com sites in this forum. There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

    Since the site is not hosted by us, we are unable to help. You can post on the WordPress.org support forum at this link for help with your WordPress.org site. Folks over there can help you with the issues you’re having. You may also need to contact your hosting service provider for help, but I’d suggest posting on the WordPress.org forum first.
