Password Reset not working

  Hi,

  For some reason, my password isn’t working when I try to sign in to wp-admin on my (WordPress hosted) blog certaintyprinciple.co.uk. I have tried resetting my password, but the reset link isn’t arriving in my email inbox – have checked spam and have tried about 20 times since yesterday evening but to no avail.

  The strange thing is that I can still sign into WordPress.com with my email and password – they just don’t work when I try to sign in to wp-admin on my blog.

  I’d appreciate any support.

  Your site at certaintyprinciple.co.uk is not hosted by us at WordPress.com. It uses WordPress.org and is hosted by a different hosting company, keephosting.co.uk.

  We can help with WordPress.com sites on this forum. There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.

  So you have two sets of logins: one for your WordPress.com account and another for your site at certaintyprinciple.co.uk. They are separate, and one will not work with the other. If you’re unable to receive a password reset link using this form, please contact your hosting service provider for help.

  Though there’s a WordPress.org support forum, it’s best to contact the company that hosts your site. They will have access to the site’s files and database to help you log in.
