Password Reset not working

  I have tried to reset password link won’t send to me, upload woo commerce yesterday, don’t know if that caused it or not. Not good with code I have looked up other ways to reset but unfamiliar with all of them, host website can’t help, there has got to be a way to access my account. I am locked out.
