password reset not working

    I have forgotten my password and have requested a new one. When I follow the link provided in email I get this message…
    Please enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.
    Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.

    HI there,

    For what site/username are you trying to reset the password? If it’s for a different account than your shadowcatcher one, you need to first log out of this account before you try clicking the link. If you click the link for one username while logged in as a different username it won’t work.
