password reset request not by me
-
I keep getting a notification that someone is trying to reset my password, but it is not me or anyone on my team. It happens about once per week. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Hi, are these coming from our servers, or are they resets for a site not hosted here? If you’re not sure, please get a screenshot of the email headers, and upload it to your media library. Then update us here.

Someone has requested a password reset for the following account:
Site Name: Dr. Darin Ingels, ND FAAEM
Username: admin_new
If this was a mistake, just ignore this email and nothing will happen.
To reset your password, visit the following address:

The site dariningelsnd.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Liquid Web, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/dariningelsnd.com+dns
To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only the ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here: http://wordpress.org/support/
You may also wish to contact your host’s support team for more assistance.
Hope that points you in the right direction!
