password resetting for today

  Hello, I would like to announce that someone had tried to get access to my wordpress account by just trying to reset my password. Attemp had happened 11 hours ago. It was quite hair greying moment to see such message waiting in my email.
  I guess it hasn’t worked since I can sing in and all seems to be normal. So the password reset message is sent to only on my email given into account profile and not to anywhere else, right? And that email doesn’t show up while finishing password resetting request?

  I logged-on to WordPress for the first time in a very long time. I’m not sure how but I saw a message that said there had been a security problem. I wasn’t sure if it was WP or some sort of virus.

  I logged out and came back in but when I hit the profile key to MAYBE change my password, it just sits there with the message “Loading

  ukuli, it’s only sent to the email on your account. I don’t see any malicious here, probably just a user who misspelled their username.

  j0hnp0e, try changing your password from Users -> Personal Settings in your Dashboard.
