Password Rest Link Not Working

    Hey,

    I have the password reset link not working for a website I’m building.

    Members.RicoFutureFitness.com

    When I request the password link, the site sends an email with a link but when clicking the link, it sends me to the Custom Login Home Page I made for the website.

    I’ve tried deleting the page and it doesn’t fix the issue. It still heads to the page but instead 404s.

    I’m using SiteGround for hosting and I have other websites on my hosting plan, but they don’t have this problem.

    Not sure what do to fix this.

    We won’t be able to help you here as your site is hosted on Siteground, not on WordPress.com.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
