Password retrieval – link does not resolve

    The blog I need help with is http://www.mocaenboca.tv/Wordpress. I still have the username but not the password. I have spent the past two days sending the request for a new password, then clicking on the link to reset the pw. However, the link does not resolve, it just stays in a loop, then the following message appears: “CGI timeout. The specified CGI application exceeded the allowed time for processing. The server has deleted the process.” This has happened repeatedly. Please help me with any suggestions or experience you have had.
