Password split-personality???

Password, CONTINUOUSLY rejected. I change my password. I get in the first time. Second time, it is rejected. I change my password, accepted the first time. Then, it is rejected. I change my password, it is accepted the first time, but rejected the second time. I assumed that it had something to do with my old Mac, but … I have used WordPress since February(?) and have not had this problem. Suddenly, I am having this problem. I love WordPress: but right now I’m pretty disappointed that this is happening. I am at the library, using their computer, and it happened again. So, I know that it is not my computer. I have changed my password a number of times in the last three days. It is happening with both Wilder Man on Rolling Creek (http://wildermanonrollingcreek.wordpress.com), and Other Side of the Trees (http://t7danieldavis.wordpress.com). Shall I assume that you can shed some light on this? Thanks, if you can actually help with this.

I suggest you change your EMAIL password. At a guess, I’d say someone got into your email and is changing your password. Lock them out of your email and you lock them out of the blog.

Raincoaster, thank you for this light you brought into the situation. The more I think about it, that makes sense (duh!). I took your advice. I changed my EMAIL password. Thanks again. I will know in the next couple of days if that was the problem. Peace, T
