Password url was not included in the email?

    My password and username does not work from my computer using AT&T U-verse. When I request for a password reset the email does not include the url for the reset link. It appears to be deleted from the e-mail message. Is this a technical error with the IT department at the WordPress data center?

    Note: I am inquiring about a clients wordpress and not the url listed on this message.
