Password with activation link !!!

  Goodmorning everyone. I applied on the form with my old and original activation link to have a password reset, but after 5 days the wordpress.com support didn’t let me know.
  It’s normal?
  Has anyone had similar experiences?
  My ticket is number 3273324

  Thank you for your answer.
  In the ticket (3273324 – from (email visible only to moderators and staff)) i asked for a password reset for “interistiorg” user name because i can’t no longer check the email associated in WP for the user name (because of the email domain, no more in my availability).
  In the password reset email i pasted my old activation link, as request in the form.

  But i didn’t receive nothing in answer.

  I need to receive at (email visible only to moderators and staff) a link to reset the password for “interistiorg” user.

  thank you, it’s crucial for me to receive that before sunday night.

  Hi there – It sounds like we are close, but that you need help changing the owner email address for the username: interistiorg. This is because you are not able to access the current owner email address. Is that right?

  We cannot update the email address on a WordPress.com account based on a request from a completely different account in the forums, as we cannot do the required verification here.

  Please email passwordhelp[at]wordpress.com with the activation URL you have, and also include a link to this forum thread, and our recovery team can take a look.

  You can help me to change the owner email address? The email address correct is the one i used to open the ticket 3273324.

  That is the email address you’re using for the lorenzoottana account you used to post here, so it’s not possible to use that address for the other account – the same email address cannot be used for multiple WordPress.com accounts.

  So you’ll either need to change the email address for this account, or you’ll need to provide a different email address for the other account.
