Can the standards for passwords be turned down? This site isn’t that important to require tough password at least for me as I just use to comment on blogs. I have a cheap passowrd for sites like this and won’t use my strong passwords on it so keep forgetting the damn password. Its fucking annoying that sites required strong password where the material doesn’t warrant it.

No. I can’t see WordPress.com lowering security to make it easier for people who don’t blog here. Why would they?

And all the code is the same for all accounts – most people here have important info on their blogs – so they would need to write an exception code for just you
How about writing the password on a piece of paper and taping it to your computer screen?
