Password/Username confusion

Hi, I bought a premium site yesterday which I began to build. Unfortunately, I typed in a wrong email. When corrected, WP told me it was already in use. This is because a site had been registered previously and forgotten about. I went on this forum last night and was told if the original password is reset then the site I was working on could be easily transferred. I now can’t get on that site because the password isn’t being recognised and my domain (www.blessedunrest.co.uk) has already been mapped. Would really appreciate help to sort this mess out. Let’s start with the fact that WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Are you trying to set up domain mapping? If so you need to register an underlying .WordPress.com URL to map to.

Hi there,
The account that you’re using to post here is the one that own the domain mapping for the domain, blessedunrest.co.uk. You can manage that domain from My Site ->Domains, and you can see your plan if you go to Purchases, here:

Those upgrades were transferred to your account from the username, blessedunrestlb16, which I see has a hotmai address instead of hotmail. Is it that account you’re trying to access?
