I have repeatedly tried my password–doesn;t work. You say you will email me a link to creaste a new one–half an hour no email!!! I have had more difficulty with your site yet you just charged me to renew AND I C AN’T ENTER MY OWN SITE!

NO HELP AT ALL . My original username did NOT have a slew of numbers after it; WordPress continues to charge me for my site, but when I try to access it, it says its a private site. Yes, it is–mine! I’ve tried the regular email and the backup email, and I still get routed to the UsernameSERIES OF NUMBERS. Is there anyone there who can actually help me?
