  Hello,

  I was wondering if set up a form on my website to book and appointment or to fill out something in general, how would I be able to extract those clients information later on?

  Hello there,

  A plugin can be used to accomplish this.

  
  In addition, I see you’re on a free plan, but you can’t install Plugins on that plan. You will need to upgrade to the WordPress Business plan in order to do that.
