Past posts into portfolio projects?
-
Hello,
I am really enjoying the new Illustratr theme. I have followed the instructions on how to make my home page the portfolio “static page,” so that my previous posts will show up in tile like format. The only problem is my posts are still showing up in the traditional format. Is this because none of my previous posts are categorized as projects? If so is there a way to convert my previous posts into projects so I can get my blog to look like this?
Thank you very much!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m sorry but I don’t know how to help you. I’ll tag this thread for Themes Staff assistance. Another Volunteer may answer prior to Staff but I tagged the thread so it will not fall through the cracks and escape attention. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

Yes, that’s right. You’ll need to add new projects in the Portfolios section of your dashboard:

There isn’t a way to automatically convert regular posts to portfolio projects. The fastest way might be have two browser tabs or windows open, one with your regular posts in the dashboard and one with portfolio projects. Switch the post editor to Text mode, and then copy-paste the code from the post into the portfolio project editor.
Just let me know if you need further help.

Thank you both for your help! I thought I had missed something. I will do this manually.
Have a great week,
