Paste in Table

  Paste (ctrl-V) no longer works in a Table. Have I reset some obscure switch by mistake? Or is this a new ‘feature’?

  Hi @astrobuss, I’ve just tested pasting an entire table (I just copied from cells from Sheets), as well as pasting content in a cell, and both of those seem to be working, but I’m not sure whether that’s what you’re doing.

  Can you share more details, as well as a link to an affected page or post? Thanks in advance!

  @astrobuss – someone else mentioned this today and I thought of you. This time I was able to duplicate the issue and spot the bug report. That should be fixed in an upcoming release.

  There is a workaround in the meantime (and the likely reason I couldn’t duplicate what you were seeing). Plain text pastes, rich/marked-up text won’t. Try using “Paste as plain text” in your browser. In mine, that’s command+shift+v, and I can confirm that works.
