Paste word edited text into the blog properly

  Hello, 3 days ago i noticed that can’t paste the word edited text (color, size, font) into the blog as it transform this into a regular text without edition. I new message appears now as well, a board asking for authorization of pasting the info. Thanks in advance for your time and help! (i like wordpress)
