Pasted a chart into my blog, but now can't delete it

  I am using the Cubic Theme, if that makes any difference.

  I pasted a table/chart from an external website into my blog, but now when I updated the page, the chart didn’t format properly – so I want to delete it entirely.

  But I cannot delete it. What’s happened? Normally, I just highlight it then press delete.
