Pasting captions

  I’ve tried pasting captions ever since the (relatively) new editor came out, and every single time the captions appear below the images as regular text. I have to either open up the media explorer and paste the captions per image there or edit the HTML itself. This bug exists in the browser and on the standalone WordPress.com app for Mac. Is there a fix in the works?
