Pasting code from HTML for an Etsy Badge
-
Can you please help me to post a badge from Etsy on this blog? There is HTML code and I’ve copied it, but it won’t paste to the badge; just as text. Thank you
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there. I’m trying to locate the code, and being fairly new to Etsy, I can’t locate the badge. Hold on a few and I’ll see if I can locate it. Thank you!

I tried posting it in a Widget text link (first box) then in the alternate text link (third box) and still get just the code on the page.

Try:
<img width=”160″ height=”600″ src=”http://ny-image0.etsy.com/site-assets/badges/en/en_isell_4.png”>
See if that works.

Even at that, it appears to be just an image without any link to your listings specifically. Is there more to the code I’m not seeing?

If you are talking about the Esty Mini, you can’t use it on WordPress.com because it uses a script.
Most of us have simply taken a screenshot and used the image widget instead http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/image-widget/ with a link back to our Etsy shop or favorites.
If it isn’t the Mini, could you give a link to where you see this on Etsy? Thanks.
