Pasting CSS Theme Problem

I upgraded my CSS so that I could paste a theme that I found online that I like, but I don’t really know how to use CSS. I knew how to use HTML once upon a time, but would like a quick easy way to post this theme on to my page. How do I do it?! Thanks!

Can we have a link to your wordpress.COM blog. If you do have a wordpress.COM blog then,
CSS here is very limited, you can’t paste a style sheet into the CSS editor and get what you want. You can only modify pre-existing themes here or design from scratch using the sandbox theme, which is still limited in what you can do and requires some CSS experience. and, there is no way to actually upload a theme you found elsewhere online.
