  My wife, Paula S. Jordan had a WordPress blog named paulasjordanwriter. It seems that she missed a payment and her site is no longer visible. Please advise what we need to do to bring the site back.

  I’ll be happy to take a closer look at this. In reviewing the account that you’ve used here, though, there has never been a site requiring payment. Can you share the full site URL or a link to it?

  She got involved in writing her book and ignored emails that may have asked for some payment. We can’t find the site or a link to paulasjordanblog.com. She owns the domain paulasjordanwriter but doesn’t think that was associated with WordPress. I’m completely in the dark because I wasn’t involved in the blog or website.

  And perhaps the domain you originally asked about has expired and been lost as it was registered in November 2019.

  Thank you to themagicrobot and lizkarkoski. We own paulasjordanwriter.com and it looks like all we have to do is pony up $96 to WordPress then map that domain to the WordPress page and then attempt to update the pages through WordPress.

  If you want to use paulasjordanwriter.com with a WordPress.com account you’ll need a paid plan, yes, though our Personal Plan at $48 would also work.

  Keep in mind that if you want to use it with the https://paulasjordan.wordpress.com/ site, you’ll need to be logged in as the paulasjordan account, not the kenjordan account you’re using to post here.

  I also see the domain you originally owned with us via the other account, paulasjordanblog.com, has since become available again, so you also have the option of registering that domain – each plan includes one new domain registration for free.
