It doesn’t seem that the Paulie theme supports the Logo feature, but if you create a Custom Header for your site, you could include it.
You could also include a logo at the top of your site’s sidebar with an image widget.
You can also “try the theme on for size” by previewing your content in this theme in the Customizer. Go to https://wordpress.com/design/gerardopandolfi.com and then look for Paulie, click the “Try and Customize” button there. You can back out of all changes by clicking the X at the top left of your Customizer screen or purchase and switch to the new theme right there.
Let us know if you need more help with that.

@gerardopandolficom, Paulie doesn’t have a custom header option, but with custom CSS, we can add a small logo before or after the site title, or even replace the site title with an image, such as the image you have in the header on Canard right now.

Yes, that can be done. Using the logo you now have on your site, I worked out this CSS using the web inspector in my browser on the Paulie demo site. With this CSS, the logo works all the way down to phone sized screens.
.site-title { background: url('https://gerardoalessiopandolfi.files.wordpress.com/2015/08/gerardopandolfi_logo-blog1.png?w=400') no-repeat scroll center top; background-size: contain; min-height: 90px; } .site-title a { color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); } -
