  I checked your account and do not see any attempted or failed transactions. When you go to purchase an upgrade, what exactly are you seeing? Any type of confirmation that the purchase processed successfully? An error message?

  yes i purchase the business pack and it said that i will get an email to confirm my purchase and that it worked, but i dont get anything, and when i refresh my product are still in the basket ?

  @videoimmobilierch would you be willing to re-add the plan without the domain transfer, just in case something in that process is getting stuck? I suspect that’s the problem since we don’t even see any attempts to bill your card.
