  I received a notice to pay my bill on 12/20/2021 everytime I go to the portal it does not recognize my email. [REDACTED]
  Please advise

  I have 2 sites and I do not know which one it is asking to renew:

  https://spillerohio.wpengine.com/wp-admin/

  Both relate to http://www.lockerlinked.com

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

  The site lockerlinked.com appears to be hosted at GoDaddy. The other site is a staging site from WPEngine, a different hosting provider.

  So, it would appear you have two different hosting accounts – one is likely for development purposes – you would need to contact both companies and see which of your accounts needs to renew.

  Yes, that’s from WP Engine. You need to contact them (a link to their website I shared above) for help.
