The problem is from 2017.
I wanted to pay with Paypal for over a year, but my account was suspended because they debited the amount of 299 €, but this has come back. Then I changed my account as you can see on the booking from 03.08.2017.
Thus, I ask you to relieve my Paypal account with the amount of 299 € again, since I once paid 299 and once 99 euros for 2017.

@oriess2015 I see, that’s quite an old charge and I can see you filed a chargeback on it as well, instead of asking for a refund.
Can you explain what happened recently?

For the last time, I have a minus on my Paypal account through your booking of 2017, you have not refunded the amount on my Paypal account.
If the amount of 299 € is not credited to my account within the next few days, I will refund.

Hi there,
So you are speaking of the Business Plan payment you made on 16 August 2017? You disputed that charge on 25 August 2017, meaning you told PayPal that charge was unauthorized and they took the money back. You did not request a refund from us for that charge.
I’ll ask our billing support team what the outcome of that chargeback was, but if PayPal did not close it in your favour and refunded you directly, it’s unlikely that we’ll now be able to refund you a year later.

The Premium Plan you bought on 25 August 2017 after filing that dispute against us is still active on your site, and recently renewed again on 3 August 2018. That payment from 25 August 2017 cannot be refunded any more, as you’ve already had that plan active on your site for a whole year.
