Pay for current domain registration

  I need to pay for expiring domain registration
  Catsmeowwillits.com. I am trying to pay domain registration and there is no renew button or access to enter payment information. This is urgent since the domain needs to be paid by oct. 18, 2014

  Hello there!

  The problem is that you’re logging in with the user name ellemontez. While that user name is an administrator on the site, it is not the user affiliated with the custom domain upgrade to catsmeowwillits.com. Are you able to log on with that administrative account, or have the person who is the administrator log in, in order to renew the upgrade?

  If so, the renewal should be a snap.
