Pay for Domain Mapping

  I’m trying to pay for the domain mapping before it expires. I was just recently added as the admin on the account. It will not allow me to change anything under the payment settings button.

  Hi there,

  Although you are admin, only the original subscriber of the domain mapping subscription is able to renew the upgrade. You can either have the owner of the upgrade renew the purchase themselves, transfer the subscription over to you so that you can renew, or you can have them post in this thread to confirm that it is okay to transfer the domain mapping subscription – and I would be happy to do it for you.
