Pay my bill

    I got an email telling me my annual bill of $13 was due. When I try to pay it the lowest option I get is $5.00 per month. That is a huge jump. Am I missing something?

    Hi @lmattingly, you should be able to renew, but you will need to be sure you’re logged into the correct account. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that got the renewal reminder?

    I tried again with the same results. Has the price gone up? I guess I will just have to allow the account to close. Thanks for trying.

    You’re still logged into the lmattingly account. This upgrade is owned by another username. Can you log out, then log in as the user who bought the account?

    If that is someone else’s username, you can have them contact us to transfer the upgrade to you.
