    The upgrades for gmvmm.com are owned by another user of the site. Please login as gmvmm or ask them to do so and there should be an option to renew on the Manage Purchases page.

    Come back to me if you have any trouble.

    I am still having problems with paying my bill. I tried to log in as gmvmm as you suggested, but I can not remember that password.

    I just changed my credit card. That is why payment wasn’t made.

    How do I pay my bill? Will it automatically be paid?

    Hi gmvmm,

    Great to see you have been able to login to this account now :) To renew, please go to the Manage Purchases page:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

    Then click on the Premium plan and there should be the option to “Renew now” at the top right.

    If you have any trouble, you can reply here or start a chat while logged in as gmvmm.

    On my account gmvmm.com, I am trying to change my email address to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and it tells me that this email is already being used.
    I need to send my receipt for bill payment to this email address.

    Please Help!!!

  • @ gmvmm that’s in use by your other account. Do you have another address you can use, or would you like to transfer the site and upgrades to the other account?

    I do not understand this e-mail.

    Also the plan I have is the Premium Plan, for $8.00 a month and for 12 months the total is $96.00 but I paid $99.00. Why am I paying $3.00 more.

    I did not get that email

    I believe we tried to take that email off our account. Several weeks ago Pat Tulley took that email off the site.

    When the account was set up Pat lived in Middletown Connecticut where we are. A few weeks ago she added Courtney Kennedy. Now Pat lives in Alaska and is working in a liberary.

    Pat emailed me on Monday and said she has a lot of work this week and can not get back to us until the week of October 22nd, we may not get your email for while.

    I am the President of the Greater Middletown Military Museum. Yesterday I paid $99.00 to keep the account. Should we cancel the account and go to another?

    As you know this has been going on for about a week and we are relying on the web site for major fund raising.

    Please send us a phone number so we fix the our problems.

    @gmvmm Though staff can help with the issue you’re facing, I just want to add that this is a public forum indexed by search engines. Please don’t post personal information, including addresses and telephones, here especially since phone support is not offered on WordPress.com. I’ve tagged staff to redact it. :)

    I was just sent an email with a phone number of 888 818-9916. I call them they said because we are gmvmm.com they can not help us because we are a .com.

    The only email we sent you is the email Gemma sent yesterday to the Gmail address currently on your account. We do not provide phone support, and that phone number you called is not ours.

    If you’d prefer private support, reply to the email we sent you, or else open a support ticket at https://wordpress.com/help/contact while logged into the gmvmm account – your premium plan gives you access to email support, and live chat support during weekdays, but only via that account.

    I’m not sure I understand what you still need help with, though. You created this thread for help renewing your upgrades, and those upgrades have now been renewed. You paid $99 for the renewal because that is the price at which you originally bought your plan.

    The Premium Plan now sells for $96 for new purchases, but that does not affect existing renewals. However, I’ve refunded the $3 difference for you.

    The gmvmm account is currently associated with a Gmail address you can see at https://wordpress.com/me/account/. You will not be able to change to the Comcast address you provided above, because that email is already associated with another WordPress.com account.

    To use that comcast address for your gmvmm account, you’ll first need to log into the other account and change that account’s email to something else. That will free up that email address for use with this account.
