  I want to get the Custom Design trial to see if it’s worth it. I’m asked to provide payment information when starting the trial, but I can only choose for Credit Card as payment method. I want to pay with Paypal, I don’t have a Credit Card.
  I paid my .com domain with Paypal too, so I don’t know why I can’t pay with Paypal now…

  Hi Merel,

  Currently, it doesn’t look like PayPal is an available payment method for upgrade trials, likely due to the inability to charge your PayPal account at a later date rather than immediately upon entering the info.

  As a workaround, I went ahead and added the Custom Design upgrade to your blog and set the expiration date for two weeks out (5/27/14). If you wish to renew at that time, you can renew from your My Upgrades page using your PayPal account here:

  Just click “Renew Now” and you will be prompted to enter payment information.
