Pay per click on word press- how can I get it?

  How can I have pay per click and pay per referral on my blog so that I can divert traffic to other sites and get paid?

  How much does it cost?

  Is anyone doing it effectively?

  I have only just started my blog and still learning how to run it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you require advertising, you might be interested in a self-hosted (WordPress.org) installation. There are no restrictions on advertising if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.
