  Hey, my problem is that i have no credit card or paypal and i don’t know how i should pay the premium package. Hope you can help me.

  Aloha ssuree, Unfortunately, those are the only methods of payment WordPress.com accepts. If you don’t have either of these, maybe you could give the funds to a friend or colleague and ask them to purchase the premium package for you.
